What is NOT Included:
No refund, substitutions or credit for unused services or items offered in the package. Important facts about the wedding packages:
1. Additional items such as flowers for the bridal party, a guest books, cake cutting sets; these items can be added at additional cost.
2. The chapel's existing policy and procedures will apply to the free wedding package. All requested wedding dates and times are subject to availability. The giveaway will be honored for up to 1 year from the date of award. Winner will be responsible for taxes as this will be considered a $2,500.00 gift and so state and federal taxes will be the responsibility of each winner.
Please read these Official Rules before entering the Giveaway. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and acknowledge that you satisfy all Giveaway eligibility requirements.
1. Only one entry per person and the prize is not transferable.
2. ELIGIBILITY. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE GIVEAWAY IS OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES. To be eligible to enter, you must be a resident of the United States and be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and be qualified to attain a valid Tennessee Wedding License (The cost of this license is not part of this package). Employees of the prize sponsor as well as employees and other representatives of the Radio station WAKW its media partners, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies (and the immediate family members of each of them and others living in the same household) are not eligible to win prizes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations of the United States apply. Offer void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Chapel at the Park only accept entries that are completed and submitted in the format designated below.
3. ENTRIES. The Giveaway run dates start on December 29, 2010 12:00 AM EST, and will end at MIDNIGHT EST on February 11, 2011. WAKW will make the announcement of the winner on February 14, 2011. The decision of the radio station will be final. All entries to this Giveaway must be received during that period to be eligible to win. Should the radio station decide participants to enter at other web sites or locations that will be at the sole discretion of the WAKW. Giveaway on http://www.winachristianwedding.com : To enter the Giveaway on the Website, submit your legal name, street address and e-mail address on the official form; one entry per household please. All electronic entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account. In the event of any dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the holder of the e-mail account from which the e-mail was sent. Neither the Chapel at the Park, or advertising or promotion agencies are responsible for any (i) incorrect or inaccurate transcriptions of entry information, (ii) lost, delayed or corrupted data transmissions or telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer or communications related malfunctions, (iii) other errors, failures or malfunctions, (iv) late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries, or (v) any damage to an entrant's system occasioned by participating in the Giveaway or downloading any Giveaway information or forms from http://www.winachristianwedding.com.
4. PRIZES/ODDS. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions or cash exchanges are permissible, except that the Chapel at the Park reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prizes will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
5. DISCLAIMERS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY. The prize Sponsor and the Chapel at the Park of Gatlinburg, and its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents disclaims any and all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light). Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner releases the prize sponsor and the Chapel at the Park of Gatlinburg its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all such liability.
6. DRAWING and NOTIFICATION.
Drawing: The prize winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries to be held at the WAKW offices on February 11, 2011 after the expiration of the eligibility period.
Notification: Winners will be notified by WAKW in a manner as defined below and will have two (2) business days after Notification in which to accept the prize and assert their full compliance with the contest rules and regulations. If the notified winner fails to respond with acceptance of the prize, compliance with the contest rules and regulations, or if the winner fails to meet the contest eligibility requirements, the notified winner shall forfeit his/her prize in full, and an alternate winner will be selected in the manner as defined above.
7. USE OF WINNER'S NAME, LIKENESS, ETC. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Giveaway constitutes permission to use winners' name, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. Except where prohibited by law, as a further condition of being awarded any prize, winners may be required to execute a consent to the use of their name, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
8. WINNERS LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES. The names of all winners may be posted on http://www.winachristianwedding.com after eligibility is confirmed. 9. MISCELLANEOUS. The Giveaway and all accompanying materials will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Any action you, any third party or the Chapel at the Park of Gatlinburg, brings to enforce these Official Rules shall be brought in either the state or federal courts located in Sevier County, Tennessee, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of these Official Rules shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Chapel at the Park of Gatlinburg. which are final and binding in all respects. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Chapel at the Park of Gatlinburg reserves the right to change these Official Rules or cancel or suspend the Giveaway at any time, in its sole discretion. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Giveaway or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to the Chapel at the Park of Gatlinburg, the Giveaway other entrant (in each case as determined by the Chapel at the Park of Gatlinburg at its sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Giveaway. the Chapel at the Park of Gatlinburg reserves the right to prohibit participation in the Giveaway of persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Giveaway. Entries will not be returned and will become the exclusive property of the Chapel at the Park of Gatlinburg.
